Do I need to book an appointment or can I walk in?
You can walk in anytime during our operating hours (7 AM – 11 PM). However, we highly recommend booking ahead for services like hair extensions, keratin, bridal makeup or colour to ensure your preferred stylist and time slot.
What products do you use?
We only use premium professional products including L’Oréal, Streax, O3+, Oshea and other internationally trusted brands known for quality and hair health.
How long does a typical hair colour or keratin treatment take?
Global colour usually takes 2–3 hours. Keratin, rebonding or nano plastic treatments take 3.5–5 hours depending on hair length. We always give accurate time estimates before starting.
Is the salon really open until 11 PM every day?
Yes. We are open 7 AM to 11 PM, 365 days a year — including Sundays and all public holidays. This is one of our biggest differentiators.
Do you offer home services or only in-salon?
We currently operate only from our salon in Chuna Mandi, Paharganj. For bridal makeup and certain packages, we can discuss options — please WhatsApp us for details.
